1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and H2 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 3 Account Registration

Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods by the same individual — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on H2 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied by the platform. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits are generally credited to your H2 Game account quickly under normal network conditions. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and network status. H2 Game is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification. If your account has not yet completed KYC verification, your withdrawal may be held until the required documents are submitted and reviewed. 6 Gameplay Rules — Slots & Casino

All slot games, live casino tables, and casino games on H2 Game are provided by third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by real physical game equipment managed by professional dealers.

H2 Game does not control game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages provided by the game provider and verified by independent testing laboratories. Actual results in any individual session may be higher or lower than the stated RTP.

• Bets placed and accepted are final. H2 Game cannot reverse a bet once the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The H2 Game sports section covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, and Test matches — as well as football, tennis, and esports. Odds are displayed in PKR-equivalent values and are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.

• All bets are subject to the rules of the specific sport and event as defined by the relevant governing body.
• In-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of confirmation, not at the opening odds.
• H2 Game reserves the right to void bets placed on events where results are irregular, where credible evidence of match manipulation exists, or where data provider errors have resulted in incorrect odds being published.
• Bets on abandoned or postponed events will be settled according to the applicable sport rules displayed in the betting section.
• Payout limits per event and per day are displayed in the sports betting section. Winnings above the stated maximum payout for a single event will be capped at that limit.
• Accumulator and combination bets are permitted. All individual selections must win for an accumulator to pay out, unless otherwise stated.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on H2 Game. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or shared device.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for regular players.
• Exploiting technical errors, game bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity designed to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Abusing bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, staking strategies specifically designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing H2 Game support staff or other users.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

H2 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there is a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, identity verification failure, or where account closure has been requested by the account holder.

If your account is suspended, you will be notified where possible. Any genuine real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to your verified payment method after investigation, unless the suspension is the result of fraud, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct.

• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat in the account dashboard.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, the account cannot be re-opened during the exclusion period regardless of the reason.
